Community Guidelines

These standards apply across Naybor – chat, voice, profiles and meetups – from the day the app launches. We publish them now so you know what you are joining.

Authenticity

Why: five people can only become friends if each of them is real.

• Use your real first name and a recent photo of your own face.
• One account per person. No impersonating anyone, real or invented.
• Do not misrepresent your intent – Naybor is for friendship, and you say so at signup.

An adult community

Why: Naybor nudges strangers to meet in person, which is only defensible between adults.

• You must be 18 or older. Accounts we believe belong to minors are removed immediately.
• Anything sexual involving a minor means an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities. No appeal, no exception, ever.

Safety

Why: nobody joins a squad to be hurt, followed, or frightened.

• No threats, bullying or intimidation, in text or voice.
• No contact after someone has asked you to stop. Repeated unwanted romantic or sexual attention is harassment and is treated as such.
• Never share anyone's address, workplace, phone number or exact location without their consent.

Dignity

Why: a squad is five strangers trusting each other; contempt makes that impossible.

Attacks on people for their caste, religion, region, language, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or disability are not allowed – including as “jokes”, and including in voice rooms.

Integrity

Why: the fastest way to kill a friendship group is to treat it as a market.

• No spam, MLM recruitment, crypto or investment pitches, or bulk promotion.
• No scams of any kind. Asking squad-mates for money, however small and however good the story, is grounds for removal.
• No sexual content in text, images or voice.

Meeting in person

Why: the first meetups set the tone for everything.

• Suggest public places. Pressuring a squad-mate to meet somewhere private early on is a red flag we act on.
• Respect a no. Anyone can decline a meetup without explaining.

How we enforce these standards

Consequences escalate, and we always tell you what happened and why:

1. Warning – a first, low-severity slip.
2. Strike – harassment, hate, spam. Strikes expire after 24 months.
3. Suspension – three live strikes.
4. Permanent ban – confirmed safety violations, threats of violence, scams, or anything involving a minor.

Appeals: you may appeal any decision within 30 days by emailing care@naybor.club with APPEAL in the subject. A different reviewer looks at it and replies within 15 days. Child-safety bans cannot be appealed.

Reporting

Reports are silent in both directions: the person you report is never told who reported them, and your squad is never told a report exists. Until the app launches, report anything to care@naybor.club with SAFETY in the subject.

If someone is in danger, call the police first – 112 or 100 in India – then tell us.
