Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Naybor. They cover the waitlist today and will be expanded before the app launches.
Last updated 30 August 2026
1. Our agreement
By joining the waitlist or using this site you agree to these Terms and to our Community Guidelines, which are part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use Naybor.
2. Who can use Naybor
- You must be 18 or older. Naybor is built around adults meeting adults in person, so this is a firm condition, not a formality.
- You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live.
- You must not have been previously removed from Naybor for breaking these terms.
3. What you agree not to do
- Sign up with an email address that is not yours, or on behalf of someone else
- Submit the form in bulk, with bots, or to inflate an area's counter
- Scrape, probe, attack or otherwise interfere with the site or other users' data
- Use Naybor for anything unlawful
Once the app launches, the Community Guidelines govern conduct in squads, and breaking them is a breach of these terms.
4. Your content and the permission you give us
What you write and post on Naybor stays yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and display it solely to operate the service – and to retain what safety, moderation or the law requires. The licence ends when you delete the content, apart from those exceptions.
5. Our service – what we promise and what we don't
- We open one neighbourhood at a time, only when enough people have joined. Your area may take a long time or may never reach its number, and we may change how Naybor works or decide not to launch. Joining the waitlist is not a contract to deliver an app.
- Naybor introduces you to people; it does not vouch for them. Verification is not a background check. You are responsible for your own safety when you choose to meet someone – please read the Safety Centre first.
- The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits.
6. Suspension and termination
You can leave at any time – email us and you are off the list, data and all. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the Guidelines. When we act against you, we tell you what happened and why, and you can appeal – except decisions involving child safety, which are final.
7. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Naybor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the conduct of any user, online or offline, including at any meetup arranged through the service. Our total liability to you is limited to INR 10,000 or the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Write to us first at crew@naybor.club – most things are resolved by email within days. Anything that is not is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
9. Changes to these terms
We will update these terms before the app launches and note material changes here. Continuing to use Naybor after a change means you accept it.
